From Ms. Christine --
Thursday was the day the library books were due so we stopped by the library after we picked up Sofia from school. The librarian happened to be on hand and asked us if we needed any help. Sofia really liked "Ride, Otto, Ride" so we looked for a few more books that were really simple and repetitious so she could learn some words and read the book herself. She was also interested in the skeleton and has been talking about private parts - boy and girl ones (mostly during bath time), and how they change, so we got a book on that too.
I put out a few of the baby things again with a few prompting items (blanket, bowl and spoon) and Holland did some pretend play with the baby - putting the baby to sleep, and feeding the baby. I also brought out the doctor kit and he had a good time exploring those. He went back and forth taking the mardi gras beads out of the hanging organizer and into the baby stroller, and just toting them between the locations for a long time. I'm not sure what the appeal was, but he was busy doing that for maybe 10 minutes.
